In store purchases, art show, and custom order purchases.
There is a 35% restocking fee on all purchases returned. Returns must happen in the store (215 E. Main St, Streator, Il) before 10 day period of purchase. Receipt must be present. We do not accept returned used pottery. All returns must be in same condition and be reviewed closely. If they are not in the same condition there will be no refund. Items purchased outside of FFP venue are not accepted for returns.
Online sales only, After 10 day grace period for, all sales are final.
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, FFP will gladly exchange it for a replacement for a similar item of equal value. Please notify FFP within 1 business day of receipt if you receive a damaged item, and ship it back to the studio in original packaging. We can provide return shipping instructions if necessary, and will reimburse the shipping cost on damaged items. Etsy purchases are subjected to Etsy guidelines found on the FFP etsy page.
FFP will do the best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and remember that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and by nature have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact FFP within 10 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in good condition in original packaging on order to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be provided with packaging instructions. Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items. Buyer is responsible for any damage incurred in transit.
In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable.
In the event of a stolen or lost package, refunds will not be provided. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is a secure location to receive packages.
